This free standing punch bag is a full size life-like mannequin and makes an ideal partner for practicing boxing techniques. It is made of plastisol filled with high density urethane foam. The base of this free standing punching bag can be filled with water or sand. Century Sparring Bob is adjustable, it has 7 height settings ranging from 60 to 78 inches.
